Our vintage gelato cart serves our homemade gelato, which is produced in Manchester. We can provide your guests with precisely what you want, to fit in perfectly with your special day, thanks to the wide variety of flavours we have available.

Our Galeto Is Homemade and Made Especially for your event

Ice cream as it is known traditionally in Italy is called gelato. Although its exact beginnings are obscure, it is generally accepted that humans have long cherished elaborate desserts made of snow blended with honey and fruit juices. Many of the current formulas were created during the Florentine Renaissance, which is where the modern Italian gelato’s roots can be found.

Italian gelato is still primarily made using the same methods and ingredients as hundreds of years ago, whereas contemporary ice cream makes use of a number of cutting-edge technologies.
